working principle The hydraulic transmission system is […]
The hydraulic transmission system is composed of pumps, valves, oil cylinders, fuel tanks, pipelines and other hydraulic components. Under the electrical control, the lifting of the saw beam and the clamping of the workpiece are completed. The stepless speed regulation of the feed speed can be implemented through the speed regulating valve, so as to meet the sawing needs of workpieces of different materials. The electrical control system consists of a control circuit consisting of an electrical box, a control box, a junction box, a travel switch, and an electromagnet. It is used to control the rotation of the saw blade, the lifting of the saw beam, and the clamping of the workpiece, so that it follows a certain working procedure. Achieve normal cutting cycle.
Lubrication system Before starting, the machine must be lubricated according to the lubrication parts of the machine tool (wire brush shaft, worm gear box, active bearing seat, worm bearing, upper and lower shafts of the lifting cylinder, and movable vise sliding surface clamping screw). The worm gear and worm in the worm gear box are lubricated with No. 30 oil bath. It is injected from the oil plug hole in the upper part of the worm gear box. The oil surface of the box is provided with an oil mark. between. The oil should be changed after one month of trial. After that, the oil should be changed every 3-6 months. An oil drain plug is provided at the lower part of the worm gear box.
The saw blade drives the motor mounted on the worm gear box to drive the worm and worm gear in the worm gear box through the belt pulley and triangle tape, which drives the driving wheel to rotate, and then drives the saw blade around the active / passive rim to perform cutting and rotating motion. The saw blade feed movement is a hydraulic circulation system composed of a lifting oil cylinder and a speed regulating valve, which controls the saw beam descending speed to control the saw blade feed (stepless speed regulation) movement. The saw brush rotates at the place where the saw blade produces chips, and rotates with the direction of the saw blade. The cooling pump is used to clean the coolant to remove the chips on the bridge saw teeth. The coolant is in the cooling cutting fluid tank on the right side of the base, and the coolant is directly driven by the water pump.
Press the emergency stop (stop) button, rotate clockwise, the oil pump motor works, the gear pump works, the oil enters the pipeline through the filter screen, and the relief valve is adjusted to make the system work pressure meet the requirements. Otherwise the button is pressed inward, and all motors stop working. Press the clamp button for workpiece clamping, the solenoid valve works, the hydraulic oil enters the left side of the clamp cylinder, the right hydraulic oil returns to the oil tank, and the left clamp clamps to the workpiece.
When the saw beam is lowered and pressed, the hydraulic oil enters the lifting cylinder through the solenoid valve. There is a rod cavity; the hydraulic oil without the rod cavity passes through the solenoid valve, and the one-way speed regulating valve returns to the oil tank. When the saw beam is quickly lowered, the down button is pressed, and the hydraulic pressure works through the solenoid valve. The oil enters the lifting cylinder with a rod cavity, and the oil without a rod cavity returns to the tank through the solenoid valve. When the saw beam is raised, press the up button, and the hydraulic oil enters the rodless cavity of the lifting cylinder through the solenoid valve; the oil in the rod cavity passes through the solenoid valve and returns to the tank. When the workpiece is released, press the pliers release button, and the hydraulic oil enters the right side of the clamping cylinder through the solenoid valve; the hydraulic oil on the left can return to the tank through the solenoid valve, and the left jaw moves the workpiece to the left to release the workpiece.
The system's analog input and output modules make the monitoring of the sawing process have a wide range of significance. For example, as long as the sawing machine increases the feedback of the saw blade deformation, the sawing speed can be adaptively adjusted. Adding a servo valve optimizes the speed and position control of the sawing process. The management function of the system makes the management of materials and workpieces more convenient. The Chinese interface of the system and real-time graphical status display make the operation more friendly and intuitive. Because the system uses a standard PC, the networked management of sawing is more convenient.
